Refund & Reschedule Policy

Ticket Cancellation (Refund)

• Tickets may be cancelled online via self-service or by contacting LAX DASH customer support.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund of 85% of the ticket price.

• The remaining 15% is non-refundable and is used to cover credit card processing fees and other administrative costs.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Ticket Rescheduling (Change of Date or Time)

• Tickets may be rescheduled through self-service or by contacting LAX DASH customer support.

• All rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• Rescheduling is subject to seat availability on the new date or time.

• Fare differences, if any, may apply.

No-Show Policy

• Passengers who fail to appear or board the shuttle at the scheduled departure time will be considered No-Show.

• No-Show tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.

• The ticket will be voided automatically.

Weather Delays & Service Disruptions

• Passenger safety is our top priority. Trips may be delayed or cancelled due to severe weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• If a trip is cancelled by LAX DASH, passengers may choose one of the following:

• A full refund, or

• A free reschedule to a future date (subject to seat availability).

• If the trip is ultimately completed, no refunds will be issued for delays caused by weather or traffic.

• LAXDASH is not responsible for missed connections to flights or other transportation due to delays.

Important Notices

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the original passenger.

• LAX DASH reserves the right to deny refunds or rescheduling requests that do not meet the above policy conditions.
