What is LAXDASH?
LAXDASH is a scheduled airport shuttle service providing reliable, affordable transportation between San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Our service operates on a fixed route with designated pickup and drop-off locations to ensure smooth, on-time travel.
Where are your pickup and drop-off locations?
We currently serve three main locations:

168 Market Plaza – Alhambra
Lincoln Hotel – Monterey Park
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

These locations are chosen for easy access, safety, and efficient boarding.
How much does the shuttle cost?
One-way fare: $25 per person
Includes 1 checked bag + 1 carry-on

Round-trip fare: $50 per person
Includes 2 checked bags each way

Additional luggage: $5 per extra item

All prices are flat-rate, with no surge pricing or hidden fees.
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is highly recommended to secure your seat, especially during peak travel times, holidays, and early-morning departures. Same-day bookings may be available depending on seat availability.
What is your Refund & Reschedule Policy?
We understand that travel plans can change. Our Refund & Reschedule Policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to operate on a scheduled shuttle system.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time
Eligible refunds are issued at 85% of the booking amount
The remaining 15% covers administrative and processing costs

Rescheduling Policy

Bookings may be rescheduled up to 2 times
Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 1 year from the original booking date
All reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure

No-Shows & Late Requests

No-shows are non-refundable and non-changeable
Requests made within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling
Once a shuttle has departed, the booking is considered used.
How early should I arrive at my pickup location?
We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes early. This allows time for luggage loading and ensures the shuttle can depart on schedule.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our service operates on a scheduled route. If your flight is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise you on the next available shuttle and best options.
